A: Yes, the hotel works with a private company to arrange shipping of wine back home for you. Shipping prices (shipping materials are included) can be obtained at the Reception Desk.

A: Certain room types have balconies, patios, and river views. Please ask your reservation agent about your room type when you are booking your reservation.
A: The Inn is situated in the heart of Downtown Napa and is walking distance to great restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, and local attractions such as the Wine Train, and Oxbow Public Market.
A: We are about five blocks away from the Wine Train.
A: The shuttle is available on a first-come, first-served basis and can transport guests anywhere in Napa city limits.
A: Our day spa specializes in massages and facials. Recommendations for nearby nail salons can be provided by the Concierge staff.
A: No we do not, but we have a day spa.
A: Yes, but only breakfast.
A: Yes, they do.
A: No, we do not.
A: No it does not. Prior arrangements should be made on own or with the Fairgrounds located 5 minutes away.
A: No we do not, but we work with many transportation companies that do offer shuttle service. Additional fees will apply.
A: It does not. Our concierge can help you with transportation to the wineries. There are many options, from private drivers, to tour companies, to the Wine Train.
A: Please check with the property at least 2 days in advance of your arrival to notify us that you will be bringing your pet. We are unable to book pet-sitters at this time. Our concierge can help you get in contact with a sitter to book them direct. Pets cannot be left in rooms unattended.
A: Our concierge can arrange babysitting services.
A: Yes! Our concierge or Front Desk can help you.
A: Some do, but most don’t. Speaking to our concierge prior to arrival is highly recommended.
A: We do have a fitness room on property.
