Q: What accessibility features do you have available?
A: Services and Amenities: find out what technical features you can expect in your room, what fun amenities exist and accessibility features that are available.
Q: Can we ship wine through the hotel?
A: Yes, the hotel works with a private company to arrange shipping of wine back home for you. Shipping prices (shipping materials are included) can be obtained at the Reception Desk.
Q: Will my room have a view?
A: Certain room types have balconies, patios, and river views. Please ask your reservation agent about your room type when you are booking your reservation.
Q: How close to downtown are you?
A: The Inn is situated in the heart of Downtown Napa and is walking distance to great restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, and local attractions such as the Wine Train, and Oxbow Public Market.
Q: How close are you to the Wine Train?
A: We are about five blocks away from the Wine Train.
Q: Does your spa offer manicures and pedicures?
A: Our day spa specializes in massages and facials. Recommendations for nearby nail salons can be provided by the Concierge staff.
Q: Do you have a pool/hot tub/sauna?
A: No we do not, but we have a day spa.
Q: Do you offer room service?
A: Yes, but only breakfast.
Q: Do the restaurants offer take out?
A: Yes, they do.
Q: Do you charge for parking?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Does your parking lot have room for trailers or large RV’s?
A: No it does not. Prior arrangements should be made on own or with the Fairgrounds located 5 minutes away.
Q: Do you offer pet sitting?
A: Please check with the property at least 2 days in advance of your arrival to notify us that you will be bringing your pet. We are unable to book pet-sitters at this time. Our concierge can help you get in contact with a sitter to book them direct. Pets cannot be left in rooms unattended.
Q: Do you offer babysitting services?
A: Our concierge can arrange babysitting services.
Q: Should I make dinner reservations in advance?
A: Yes! Our concierge or Front Desk can help you.
Q: Do the wineries require appointments?
A: Some do, but most don’t. Speaking to our concierge prior to arrival is highly recommended.
Q: Do you have a gym?
A: We do have a fitness room on property.
Q: What time is Check-in?
A: Check-in is at 4:00 PM
Q: I know this is a dog friendly hotel, but are there certain rooms that have never had a dog in them?
A: Yes. We have a "no pet" policy for some rooms.
