The Napa River Inn Service and Health Guidelines*
Welcome to the Napa River Inn at The Historic Napa Mill. Our main priority is the health and safety of our valued guests as well as our dedicated employees. Travel these days can be quite different than we are used to, however, we are taking the necessary steps to enhance our standards of cleanliness regarding health and safety.
We are doing so to help make you feel as comfortable and well taken care of as possible during your visit with us.
General Property Information
The Napa River Inn continues to monitor the guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is also following all health and safety guidelines provided to us by our local health department.
Our hotel's already stringent cleaning regiments and protocols have been increased. Enhanced cleaning and sanitization practices have been put into place throughout the property and the overall cleaning frequency has been increased as well.
Social Distancing practices have also been put into place throughout the hotel.
The mental and physical health of our employees is carefully monitored daily. Employees will wear a mask and gloves as required by our local health guidelines.
Our housekeeping department will follow enhanced guidelines for sanitizing and cleaning surfaces.
To protect our staff and our valued guests our housekeeping practices have been augmented to help ensure better health practices.
Turn-down service will not be available. Housekeeping items can still be delivered to the guest room at your request.
Housekeeping, bell persons, and maintenance are not allowed to enter the guest room for a minimum of 24 hours after a guest's departure to ensure any microorganisms left in the room are given time to dissipate.
The Napa River Inn has provided wellness stations with hand sanitizer and other sanitizing products throughout the hotel buildings.
Complimentary masks and gloves are available for guests upon request.
Personal hand sanitizing bottles will also be available upon request for the guest to use at their own convenience.
The fitness center will be closed until we are given permission to open from our local health department as well as the State of California.
The front desk is happy to recommend other types of exercise around the property such as hiking or bike riding.
The Spa will remain closed until we receive further guidelines and protocols from local and state officials for re-opening.
The hotel will provide answers to additional questions from guests. Please feel free to contact us at your convenience.
We are here to serve our community and we cannot wait to see you at the Napa River Inn!
