Established in 1884 by Captain Albert Hatt, the Historic Napa Mill, a registered Historic Landmark,
provided over 100 years of service to the people of California's Napa Valley. At one time, the warehouse
stored fertilizers, feed, supplies, and Napa Valley wines for local vineyards. During the 1990s, the
Napa River Inn was constructed inside the Historic Napa Mill and warehouse by Napa Mill LLC.
Designs for all interiors of the hotel were inspired by noted designer Sandra Blake -- with many rooms
and suites designed to reflect the original building and feel of HISTORIC DOWNTOWN NAPA.. Nestled on
the riverfront where Captain Hatt once operated his shipping and merchant business, the Historic Napa
